  • We accept any individual who meets our rental criteria.

  • We offer 1 & 2 bedroom apartments

  • Rent listed covers base monthly rent only.

  • Water and Sewer are metered and billed when rent is due. Electricity is billed directly through PECO.

  • Security deposit is $500 or one month's rent, depending on application screening. We currently do not offer any alternatives. 

  • Lease terms for new leases are 6-15 months

    Renewal leases are 3-15 months 

  • Applicants are required to make 3x the monthly rent amount. 

  • Yes, can purchase individually or utilize our community-sponsored renters insurance.

  • Applicants may apply online. The application fee is $50 per applicant, and there is a one-time admin fee of $225.

  • There is a monthly trash fee of $20 and a monthly pest control fee of $2.

  • We are a pet-friendly community with breed and weight restrictions.

  • We have an abundance of parking spaces with no shortage of options.

  • We do not offer furnished apartments.

  • Our community offers residents access to a Kiddie Park, Bark Park, Pool, Clubhouse, Tennis Court, 24-hour Fitness Center, and Grills.

  • Tours can be scheduled by calling the office or online. 

  • Residents have access to an online portal. 

  • No Hot or Cold water, Water-related issues, Fire, no AC/Heat (depending on weather and temperature), Lock-out. The resident can call the on-call line.

  • Move-in fees can be paid up to move-in day. The resident will need to bring a government-issued ID and confirm a move-in time with the office. 

  • Resident must provide at least 60 days' notice, pay any fees that may be associated with the notice, and schedule a pre-move-out inspection.

  • Resident can download the Resident Portal app or pay online.
